The staff at the hotel were really friendly and accommodating, always willing to help out. the location was convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions and amenities. the room was clean and comfortable, providing a relaxing atmosphere after a long day of exploring.
The noise level in the hotel was quite high. the walls were thin, so I could hear noises from other rooms and the hallway.

We were pleasantly surprised by the interior of the hotel despite its outdated exterior. Our room, number 111, was clean and we had fresh towels every day. The bar prices were reasonable and the limited selection for breakfast was made up for by the superb quality and quantity of the evening meals. The entertainment on the nights that Nikki was there was excellent and engaging. we found the staff, especially Claire, to be attentive and helpful.
